	Our Standard Commission The full Castle Realty Marketing Plan including; MLS Exposure (Multiple Listing Service), advertising, flyers, interior & exterior photos, and more. 3% (half) of this commission is offered to any MLS Realty Office that can produce an offer from a qualified buyer that is accepted.
	Discount Commission Same as the 6% plan except: 5% is the commission Castle Realty charges when the Buyer is found through Castle Realty. ‘In-house’ Sales make up about half of Castle Realty’s Total Sales.
	Half Commission This is the rate Castle Realty charges to show and sell homes that are not Castle Listings. This rate does not include the Castle Marketing Plan or MLS exposure - but does include: Showing home to qualified buyers Writing & negotiating the offer Coordinating & closing the transaction
	Transaction Fee Castle Realty charges a 2% commission to coordinate a transaction when the buyer and seller are already known to each other. This includes: Writing & negotiating the offer Assisting with financing Coordinating & closing the transaction.
